i am just about to buy some fish for my tank its 19 uk gallons or 128 ltrs, anyways i am wondering how complicated it is to breed platys. My next door neighbour has bred guppies and said they are easy but are platys?

Platys are Livebearers and all Livebearers are easy to beed.
you need to get more females then males.(2 to 1)

they are in my experience very easy to breed, I only have one male and one female and they breed like rabbits!!
