What I would do if I couldn't get a med that killed internal parasites is don't add anymore fish and let the fish live there lives out,
then start again.
There was a med in the uk callled flubenol but its been taken off the market, the med would destroy the parasite head.

Ok. So can my other fish still carry it without it affecting them, and continue passing it on to any new fish i add?

Internal worms do affect other fish in the tank, be wasting your money buying new fish i'm afraid.
