When you say deformed bodies do you mean a bent spine.

it sounds like the parasites also caused a bacterial infection.
It's a nasty parasite.

I know how you feel as I lost a tank full of fish to ntd.
Will you still be fish keeping.

Some had bent spines, while others had swollen mouths and eyes. It was very depressing to watch the whole thing unfold.

I'm sure I'll be back at fish keeping, I just don't know when. Most likely when I begin to miss the guys in my house.

Bent spine a worry as it can mean. Old age, vitamin deficiency, fish tb, internal parasites, injury.

it sounds like there was more than a Chilodonella involved.
