I was walking past my tank and i saw my young platy male get stuck in the female then break and shake funny for a couple seconds and i know he was trying to mate but is she gonna be alright because she's already pregnant?

It's funny how the facts of life become so apparent in a fish forum. Did the male Platy roll over and fall asleep afterwards? 
You shouldn't worry. In the wild Platies basically forage for food and mate. Given that you are feeding your fish, you've taken care of one thing for them already. They take care of the other part themselves. Males basically want to mate all the time. If a female is not available, sometimes you'll see males start following each other around the tank trying to mate.
She will be fine, but you should have three females to a male if there is only one male in the tank. Males will harass females, constantly wanting to mate. Providing hiding places helps too so the females have somewhere to escape to from the male.
