how old will they be when they are mature enough to have fry?

They can breed as early as 3 months...so I guess they would have fry at 4 months. 
That's the earliest though...it might take either your males or females (usually males) longer to develop, but try to sex them as soon as you can to prevent them from inbreeding. Just check the female tank often, though, because some males are late-developing, and look like females for a long time.
