Platy With Top Fin Fungus

I purchased some Platies on the 11 April, I only noticed when I released them one of them was not in tip top condition, her top fin was only half there. She has been ok apart from the last few days when her top fin & back started to get some fungus, I have treated her with Interpet Anti Fungus 3 times now, each time it clears but comes back after a couple of days.When it does clear she has no top fin now, I haven't the heart to get rid of her though. I also have no other tank to put her in.
She also visits my bronze catfish alot to be cleaned I think.

Water is 0 on Ammonia & Nitrites, 5 on Nitrate & PH 7.8. Water change was done 7 days ago. The tank is 170 litres @ 24 degrees C

I have another 10 Platies all healthy, 21 Neon tetras, 3 catfish. All of these fish are healthy.

The interpet anti fungus and finrot med not that good. If it keeps coming back the med not killing all the bacteria.
I would try myxazin by waterlife, or anti internal bacteria med by interpet.
