Platy On Dropped One In 3Days But Still Full ?

hello i have a platy in a breeding new she was looking like she was gunna burst the next morning when i checked there was one wee fry in there but this is the 3rd day and still only one and she still looks huge any advice on how to bring her on a bit ?

i dnt think she is stressed i have a good bit of floating plant in with her where the wee fry hides ? thanks
