Platy Not Eating! Help!

I have 2 platies and 5 guppies in a tank. One of my platies hasn't eaten in 3 days! He is always hiding in the cave. I saw him swimming around today and he is very skinny. He was freaking out, frantically swimming up and down the side of the tank. His belly curves up instead of down like my other platy. All of the other fish are fine and eating normally. When he comes out again i will take a pic and post it. What's going on with him? Why won't he eat?

How long have you had him?
I had one like that& thought I was going to lose him, but after almost a week he came around & is now doing fine

I have had him for a month or 2. Not very long.

What sexes are your platies? If you have 1 female & 1 male, could be she's being harassed, so she's hiding

both platys and all of the guppies are male

Is this maybe why he isn't eating?

It doesn't look at all well, internal parasites maybe?
I'm sure someone more knowledgable will be along soon to help

I have him medicine today for the fin rot on his dorsal fin. How do I treat parasites?
