Platy Needs Help

i have two female platy's but one of them is lying on the bottom of the tank or hiding inside things can anyone help as i have had these two beautiful little girls since they were fry and don't want her to die.

had serious problems with fish dying in the past,, just lost one of my sucker loachers to be honest.

mitrate.

Size of tank?

How many fish you have in it?
