platy got dropsy

i think my platy has got dropsy. it is showing the pine cone scales and it is bloated. i think it could be organ failure due to old age, and wondered if their is anything i can do to save her. as i have got quite attached to her as it was one of my first fish

I'm sad to say if it's showing the pinconing that's the last stage of the desease and there is nothing to be done for her, sorry, can you issolate her so you can pass away in peace.
