Platy Given Birth Last Wek But Still Big

hi guys!. my sunset platy gave birth last week to around 15 fry. she is only young heself and quite small. since birth ive moved her back into my main tank and she is happy enough but she is still quite wide and square shaped. ive noticed long silky type poo or discharge from her a few times since too what is this?
ive had lots of platties give birth and they usually are back to their normal selves after a day or two. ive looked up dropsy and its definately not that. anyone help? thank you!!!!

sounds like she has internal parasites so you,ll have to treat the whole tank for this and any fry if they are kept in the seperate tank.
