Platy Fry

I found 1 little platy fry in my tanks a week or two ago. I put him is a fry net but after watching him for a little i noticed that he swam upside down and sideways alot. Even after two weeks the fry is still swimming upside down and sideays a lot, is it a problem?

Yes i have been feeding it powdered flakes, none of the others have been doing it.

The fry has been alive for 2 weeks so it doesn't seem to be affecting his health

The fry has been bolting around in circles but still, seems to be healthy
