i cleaned my tank last night and caught 6 platy fry from the main tank and rearranged it so when i put the fry back in tehy were in a plant floating at the surface. Anna, sorry my camera is crap and they are hiding so well I can't get any pictures. There are a few that are huge now and adventuring into the main section of the tank and have great color, ie tail is dark and seems like fin shape could be high fin (praying the color is the blue/purple like the mom) but maybe they're from the sunset wag tails...It was cute feeding them for the first time and being able to actually see them eat. Right before the cleaning I was worried b/c all my platies were circling the hiding spots of my fry like sharks...I swear no matter how much i feed those pigs they still wanna eat and eat and eat...Oh yeah, the reason for posting was i mentioned a while ago how my platys were rubbing against the cave big time that day..well i bought hte ICH medicine just in case b/c I don't want more dead fish and i medicated the tank, that was before last night so I was excited to know the 6 which I only knew of 4 of previously survived the medicating. Anyway, let's say the 6 survive and grow to full size, plus I have the other 4 platy adults and I have the dannios and my 3 cories left....If I wanna put them all in one tank would a 50 gallon be enough to hold them all and maybe a few more additions??
