Platy Fry Tankmates

i have about 7 platy fry about 2 and a half weeks old in a 18x10x10, i was wondering if i could get a couple of juvenile corydoras for the bottom, or would they eat the fry?

im afraid not, unless you can rehome them in the future, my 6 gallon had similar demensions to that and the only cory that i would get for sush a small tank is pygmy cories, but if your just getting them for the bottom then you relize that youll have to add catfish pellets, algae wafers, bloodworms, etc. and to add to that. i dont think that your tank could handle a proper school of 6+

i think shrimp would go fine, but i would aim for the smaller species such as ghosts and cherries,
