Platy Eating Dead Ghost Shrimp.

I have about 6 ghost shrimp in a 40 gallon tank. I noticed a dead one today and before I could get it out my platys started eating it. I was wondering if this is normal? Thanks

Yes it is normal. In fact they might have seen it as food and killed it. It's all natural.
