Well i don't why Mickey decided to wedge herself in one of the holes of my ornamental rock,i only noticed her on passing the tank...
She was stuck fast, poor soul, anyway i couldn't push her out so i gently pulled her tail, she moved a bit,so i pulled it again and out she popped!
This was a few days ago,she still has a white patch on her back, but i noticed where i tugged on her tail its looking a bit frayed and white, not sure if its fungal??

I haven't a spare tank to put her in,will it be ok to treat the tank with fungal meds,if so which one is best please?
And would the meds affect the other fish in the tank, harlequins, platys, guppies and corys incl pygmys?

Can fungal problems affect the other fish in the tank?
Any help appreciated

Fungus can grow on dead tissue.

Try some pimafix for now.

Just keep a eye on other fish for fungus.
Make sure it's not columnaris which is bacterial.

Let me know how he gets on if you don't mind.
Good Luck.
