Hi Guys,
I posted a couple of days ago regarding my 4 plattys. One of which was being chased by the other 3 as she had just given birth... Somebody kindly replied to my post saying that they could just be wanting her to give birth again as it was a form of natrual food for them and that it would calm down in a couple of days....
It does seem to have calmed down except for one fish who just terrorises the female constantly, she bolts across the other side of the tank trying to get away but he (i assume its a he lol) just follows her just as fast.
Why is he doing it?? Surely he will realise that no more babies are coming out, or is he trying to mate with her again??? Sorry i realise that i am a complete amatuer!!!
Is there anything i can do that will help the female get some peace??
If the naughty one carries on he can try living in the bath for a day or two!!!
(Only joking)
Thanks
Chad
