Plattie Not Well?

Hi all - for the last 2 weeks, almost, the female (I think!) plattie that I have has been rather slow. She swims and eats, but spends most of the time at the top corner of the tank, whereas she used to always be near the bottom amongst the plants and with the other plattie. She doesn't seem to be gasping for air. What could be wrong? More importantly, what can I do to help?

Need stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate, and ph, is she looking bloated, is she headstanding, or laying to one side resting on things.
