Go for platies.

With all the other species you've listed, you would be looking to aim for pH 6.5-7 in your tank, which platies can thrive in while mollies would be very sensitive and prone to disease.

a licience for fish?? well were i live (australia nsw) we dont need a licience and ill go for the platties i like the red colour too how do you tell male from female?

The males anal fin is modified into a gonopodium for delivering sperm into the female, see below diagram :) :

i have to pay £100 for a neon tetra from where i come form

i bought 3 for my tank but they lit up orangy with a blue line so i fed them to the dog...freaky fish.
.
Freaky fish indeed.

your right he is a troll! haha
ok lets be seirious now...
would they conflict with any fish in my community?

Nope, but your community does have some other issues.

Like 2 congo tetras? You would be looking at a shoal of 6 of them at least, in general they are very skittish when not kept in big enough groups and they certainly wouldn't be happy like that :/ .

Same with the rainbow fish, depending on which species of rainbow fish (there are lots) your talking about it may be less of an issue, but they will be much happier in a bigger group.

I'm no expert on killifish, but you may want to check if blue panchax are peaceful community species or not over in the killifish forum.

They can be kept in groups of three fine, but the more the better, they certainly don't like being kept in smaller groups compared to bigger groups.

And if that's the case with the congo tetras, you really are best to leave them out, as you wont get the most from them anyway :good: .

A couple of troll posts have been removed, (plus a couple that didjn't make sense anymore!), the troll is now banned. >I'll be removing the rest of his rubbish and tidying up.

yea platys are better. I like platys better than mollys because they are less sensitive and they are eaiser to take care of.

cool thanks for the help and with the tetras ill get some rasboras instead (got me a job) got suspended last night (dunno why) anyways im getting scissor tail rasboras are they going to have troubles with anything else in the community

Usually I would say no, but because of their size you would still only be getting couple of them, which means they could turn out pretty nippy towards your other fish.

Why don't you go for smaller species and get more of them?
