Platies Huddled Together

I have 6 platies, 2 of which just gave birth recently. They also have ich (from the pet store) and I'm currently treating them with medication. The adults are huddled together in the corner. The babies are in a fry net in the same tank separated from the adults. The adults come out only to eat. Only 1 or 2 will come away from the corner huddle when it's not feeding time, but then they go back after a few minutes. Is this normal for them to huddle like this? Thanks!

nope that's not normal behaviour. They are stressed out by something and hiding in a group in the corner because of that.
It could be too much medication in the water, poor water quality, too much light and not enough cover (plants), or no backing on the tank.
Check the water quality and make sure there isn't a problem with ammonia or nitrite. If you don't have a picture on the back of the tank then add one. You can use coloured cardboard, newspaper, anything just to cover the back. If you have really bright lights on the tank then reduce the lighting or put some floating plants in the tank to reduce the light in the tank.
