Plat Grow Again

the plant grow is made for a fishtank.It came with my fish tank but am i best not to put it in what will iyt result in if i put it in once a week how else r u meant to feed ur plants?? or do they feed on bacteria amonia nitrate?

like some one has advised you dont put it in. I heard tropica/aqua care are one of the best so get some of that
