Plastic Tanks With Heaters

does eny1 have plastic tanks with heaters dint know were else to ask but you lot have so meny tanks some1 must do plus its for a betta and the lid on plasti tanks have like airation slits iin it

i do, i just make sure the heater doesn't touch the side of the tank

so will the suction cup things do they keep it far enough away

i have an acrylic tank with a 25 w heater. no problems so far. i just snap it into the suction cups and let it go. i've had it for about....6 months? give or take a month. the only problem i've had is with the plastic lid. the light gets too hot and it warps the lid. no problems with the heater, though.

Just dont let the heater directly touch the plastic, dont forget it takes a lot more than the temps used to melt plastic
