ok i put some plants in my tank but now there growing at a rate of notts and outa control how do i trim these plants down to size ?

dunno the names mate but can i re-plant after trimming thanks
 
It depends what type of plants you have. Could you get a photo of it so that someone can identify it?

i know no 1 is stargrass
 
They all look like stems of some sort or other, should be fine to just trim wherever you want and replant the cuttings.
 
thanks for the reply tom,so if i just chop them,lets say half way down,could i just re-plant the top half?
 
Yep you can plant the top halves, and the bottom halves should continue growing too, so chopping them in half will effectively double the number of individual plants.
