Well i have a small 30g can Dwarf Hair grass (Eleocharis acicularis) survive in a brackish water tank with the sg at about 1.005-1.008?

My apparently brackish water grass - lileapsis brasilines (no idea how it's spelt) started to die off when I took it over 1.005 and it never recovered even when i dropped the salinity back down.

Try it but i would think that you would need very high light, high level of ferts and CO2 which probably means plenty of algae as well.
