ive let my tank settled in now for about 2 weeks and am looking at plants whats the difference between potted and and the other type (sorry got no idea what the are they normally come with a wieght arount them)

Nothing really, just potted plants tend to be more established and have better roots, but you pay more for potted plants. I've had all types and generally they all do well given the right conditions.

can you recomend any onlice plants sellers? (except greenline and tropical aquarium plants.co.uk)

I have been happy with greenline, but there is also aquaessentials and Java plants. I prefer plants without the pots you don’t have to remove the rock wool and if plants are going to grow they will root fast enough.
