does anyone know of any plants i could put in a tank with silver dollars?

Java ferns are tough and bitter which means they won't wont to eat them. The only possible problem is them trying to pull them off the wood, but if you tie them down sufficiently then it would be fine.

Java fern and java moss are generally safe in my experience. But, the dollars will even eat onions and anubias. If you put vals in the tank, they'd absolutely devour them. As I got into plants, I stopped keeping silver dollars. It's a shame, because they are a beautiful fish that can be kept in many a community tank.
