Plants Suitable For My Tank

Hi have a hard water tank with low lighting. I need tall plants that would be suitable
 
I have goumanis and tetras, danios corys.
 
each time i try plants in my tank they dont last ( i dont think that the fish are eating them) 
 
do u now if any hardy plants. I want tall ones where fish can hide behind.

Java fern, mosses, anubius. Vallis & Cabomba for height.
When you say they don't last either you're lighting is higher than you think or you're not feeding them enough.
