plants rerooting

Hi, A quick prob, i have some plants dont know their name but the top leaves are pink and some of the stems have started to put out roots half way up the stem. I have sand sub, what is the best course of action, should i just leave them to grow and see if they take root.

Is it Hygrophilia by any chance?

If so you can take cuttings and they root very easily. Best to do it bunches to get a fuller looking plant.
