In your first picture the older leaves are dying or missing while new leaves are healthy. This is typically a symptom of a mobil nutrient deficiency. Mobil nutrients can be removed from old growth and moved to support new growth. The old leaves then die and fall off. Mobil nutrients are nitrogen, potassium, magnesiumm, chloride, and molybdenum.
Chloride and molybdenum are trace nutrients are only small amount is needed. While it is possible for deficiency in these nutrients it is unlikely. that these two are your problem. check your water test results. if the water tests show no ammonia, nitrite, or nitrate it is possible that you have a nitrogen deficiency. Generally with a GH of 5 to 7 you would not expect a magnesium deficiency but if you don't do regular water change and or don't change enough water you plant could run out of it. I typically replace 50% of my tanks water once a week.
Can you provide any information on the fertilizers you are using? Many people assume any fertilizer will will have all nutrients plants need. However the truth is that many fertilizer don't have all the nutrients plants need. If we can find the ingredients we might able to eliminate some nutrients from the suspects list.
