Plants In Tanks...

What kind of plant should i put in my tank? I have guppies, algae eaters and shrimp...

It all depends on what you want in the long run. Do you have lots of light? How many bulbs do you have? Do you want to go all out... or just have a few live plants?

I only have a nightlight beside it on 24 hours. I want plants where my fishes, eels and shrimps can hide and have fun...

I would say you're best going for artificial plants. Most live plants require a fair amount of light (more than you suggest) to stay alive for any length of time.
