I looking at getting the RENA 6 foot tank.
Now, i curently have real plants in my rio 125 and they are doing ok but could do a lot better.
Im going to have some real plants in my big tank, so do you recon I should use some CO2 dosing.
I mean, fully automatic, manual or what? If money didnt matter.

I think on a tank that size you would have to have a lot of DIY bottles going. You would have to change the mixture(s) very often. If you have the cash, I would deffinatley go for the co2 tank. It would make things so much easier.

Does the CO2 tank need to be on a automatic system or can it be done manually with a bubble counter and CO2 indicator?

Can be done manually, but before you start thinking about that, CO2 injection only really makes a difference if the lighting is bright enough for high metabolic rate plants. What kind of lighting are you think about?

Well i dont know exact details, but i know the tank has 4 or 5 tubes, about 4-5foot each.
I just trying to weigh things up before buying stuff.
Maybe I dont need to worry about it if im not going to have too many plants.
Perhaps I could add it after setting the tank up.
CO2 dosing is new to me, but I think my other tank could help from it from the reading I have done.
Want to make the big tank as good as possible if im spending all that money on it.
