First of all, let me make this clear. Please, no one tell me that I can't grow plants with 0.69 wpg of lighting. I know it can be achieved. I've seen it. Anyway, I cannot afford lighting at this moment, probably in a couple months. I probably will not need any CO2, or too much fertilizer. Which is really great for me, because I am going to have a different planted tank sometime and I will have probably 1.80 wpg. Anyway, can anyone tell me what I can and can't grow here:

Cryptocoryne walkeri
African Fern
Anubias afzelii
Anubias x. 'Frazeri'
Congensis
Cryptocoryne spiralis
Cryptocoryne walkeri
Java Moss
Java fern
Narrow leaf nana
Dwarf Hairgrass (I have heard people have grown is really easily)

Thanks

You can do all of them in that low light except the dwarf hairgrass which will not do well at all in that low a light level. There is one variety that might be OK but which is very difficult to find.

The crypts will need root ferts and a decent substrate but the rest need no substrate at all.

Your growth will be extremely slow at that light level. The lowest light tank I have growing with success has 18 watts over a 20L tank.

I honestly don't care how slow they grow, I just want my tank to look nice in slow growing plants. What kind of root ferts? Laterite?

Also, what would work as a good replacement for dwarf hairgrass?

Well put it this way, my plants are growing from light off the kitchen lights and sunlight through the day, and none of mine have died yet. So i'm telling you that your plants will grow with that ammount of light, but they may not look very healthy, as i've discovered...
