Hi everyone,

I recieved my plants today, still need to identify some of them but i want to know what to do next. Do i trim any long roots, remove any dying leaves etc and then gently place them in the tank or is there more to it?

I think it's best to trim the roots down a bit and remove dying leaves prior to planting. If you take a photo of the plants you received some of the members here can id them for you. Sometimes non-aquatic plants are included in plant packs.

well tank is planted and pics are taken but not too sure how to add them as you can only upload 100k and that is ony one pic. any ideas how to do a multiple upload?

Upload them elsewhere, photobucket or imageshack and use the codes to display the pics here.

It's hard to tell from that picture but I'm pretty sure the plants on the left are non-aquatic.

This is my first attempt at a planted tank. got some sand for a substrate but as the blue gravel was in the tank i thought to leave it for now...
