Plants For Small Tank

Hi, I'm looking for a smaller more hardy plant for a 3 gallon tank with one small angelfish; I dont have much experience with aquarium plants. I have really fine gravel as substrate and good lighting. Any suggestions? Thanks

Is that.. 3 gallon or 30 gallons? Please say it's the latter.
 
Hardy plants; anubias, java fern, vallisneria (the smaller, more fine leaved specie), a variety of different cryptocoryne species.

3 gallon converts to less than 20 litres right? Woah ... no where near large enough for an angelfish. It needs at least a 100-200 litre tank with a good depth. It's not going to stay small very long at all. It's likely to double in size within weeks and to not move it is cruel.
