Plants For A 29 Gallon?

Hello everybody. I have a 29 gallon tank with several tetras and a few small catfish. I have an outside power filter and a dual lamp T5-HO light fixture. I have a few small plants, and I looking to get more. So, what would be some good kinds for me to start with? My water has a pH of about 6.0, and a hardness of 300ppm. Also, would there be any more equipment I should look into getting?
