Plants For 5 Gal(us)

hi i recently bought a 5 gal hexagon tank and was wondering what plants i should put in it and how i would go about planting them

Well, first you need to tell us what kind of lighting you have, or if you don't have any, tell us your budget and we'll help you find something.

the tank has a 15watt light bulb

Is it incadescent, if it is buy a fluerescent 10w cp bulb at wal-mart for 6$, do some DIY co2 and you can grow cambomba, swords (keep pruning them until they get too big), crypts, moneywort, banana plant, hornwort, rotala, and most plants, those are the one's I had in my tank with that setup.

turns out the bulb is incandescent i guess i'll go to wal*mart today and buy one thx

to grow java moss or riccas or what ever its called do i still need the flurescent bulb??

yes you want it no matter what, it will make the tank look nicer too. Ricca is harder to grow, I don't have any expierence.
