Plants Are Falling Apart

Shalom,

I have 3 tall plants at the back of my tank and they now seem to be falling apart... I dont know why. Very morning i wake up and find big pieces of plants flying around...

Are my fish biting them or are they rotting?

They are in pots in gravel. Can anyone help??

If you leave them in pots, the roots can't establish themselves in the gravel. Do you know what the plants are?. They may not be proper aquatic plants.
