Plants and UGF

Hi,
I have a new 25 gallon tank with an under gravel filter and wondered what plants are suitable for this set up? Any input would be helpful.

ive read that UGF filters are not really good with planted tanks... lets wait and see if this is true i want to find out myself (since i dont have a UGF i didn'tb other asking it before )hehe

If you have some humus/nutrient rich/clay substrate under your gravel, what good wil they do if the UGF pumps all the nutriens into the water..

Plant like Java fern, watersprite, java mos, and other plant that doesnt need to be rooted will do just fine. Your just limited to the plant you can keep..
