ok plants convert CO2 and change it to oxygen right.
so im curious if you have plants what is the need for a bubbler in your tank since your tank is already getting oxygen from plants?
do aquatic plants not create oxygen or am i missing something here?
also how many plants would you need to keep the oxygen level good with out bubbles?

A filter which creates surface agitation is enough to oygenate the water, if you have this, then your fine.

Plants oxygenate the water if maintained well, I dont know how many you need but i wouldnt rely on plants to oxygenate your water. What filter do you have?

Btw, bubblers dont contribute to oxygenation much.

Also, aquatic plants use oxygen at night when there is no light for photosynthesis and release CO2. This is why you should check your CO2 levels when you go lights on in the AM and when you go lights off in the PM.

alright just curious thanks alot
and for filters i hate them i have two 20 gallon filters on each side.
im to poor for a new one
