Plants And A Fishless Cycle Question

So i'm doing a fishless cycle at the moment and wanted to know when the best time to add some plants was do i need to wait until its complete or can i add them now?

Wait until it is complete, if you add them now you're asking for algae as the lighting the plants require and the high ammonia levels will promote algal growth.
