Plants Alive Root Tablets

has any of you tried them and are they any good, my tanks not heavily planted but the all plants are either slow growing or going all "gangly"

i noticed a small increase in growth when i used them but nothing to really shout about

I used them with any rooted plants before and it only really done any good on swords tbh.
