K, I recently bought an Amazon Sword, Cabomba, Vallisneria, and a Banana Plant.
How should I plant them? None of them really have any root mass at all, exept the Banana Plant, but it just sits on the bottom. How can I plant them? And, will it matter if any of them have their crowns buried?

Plant them with whatever little roots they have. They should root after a couple of days. You can then pull it out so the crown is not buried.

make sure you remove any dead leaves from the swords and vallis as well as dead looking roots......plant into the substrate and pull gently to expose the crown, if you bury the crown the plant will die.

Cabomba... cut off 1 inch from the bottom of the stem, remove leaves from about an inch of the stem and plant stems singly into the substrate... if it floats put some pebbles around the stems.

banana plant I can't help you with as mine got eaten in one night

You can partially bury the "bananas" of the banana plant, or just set it on the gravel. It'll send out roots. Eventually the "bananas" may rot off - they did off of mine, but only after I'd had the plant for a year or so. The fish like to sit on its leaves :)

The "crown" is where the root's meet the leaves of the plant...... vallis and amazon don't like their crowns buried... simply pull gently until the roots are slightly visible above the substrate. :)
