Hi all,

I have just got my first betta barracks. Each section is about 4Gal with a small amount of gravel in the bottom of each. It has no solid lid but it does have a mesh top. The light is a little poor, for now at least as i need to make a frame to house my lighting. Erm i think that covers it, if not please ask.

I will be posting another thread about filtering for it and i will be adding pics to that. The reason i have done this seperate is because i didn't want to ask too many questions at once

My favorite plants are java moss, java fern, frogbit and hornwort they are all easy to get and grow.

I've got Anubias in my tank. They are tied to some bogwood which looks great and are a lot easier when it comes to cleaning the tank!

i would suggest hornwort as they dont need high lighting and co2, and i also would souggest java fern for the same reasons.

Cheers guys gunna go for Java Fern and Anubias as i think they look pretty. Will alternate plants just to spice it up lol....i really live on the wild side :shifty:
