planting a 5.5 gallon

my brother is to be planting our 5.5 gallon with 7 watts of light. We've had sucess with this plants called frill plants, and anacaris(sp). We also have some green wendtii that he would like to add, and to finish off with some Java Moss growing on the driftwood.

I was wondering if that sounds good, or would those plants do bad in that low amount of light.

it's fluorescent right? incandescent is useless for planted tanks

the java moss should grow good and after reading about green wendtii it would probably work out just fine..not much room height-wise for stem plants to grow or is it tall?

no, its not that tall, but I would be able to trim them, and put the trimmings in my tank. Though with the frill plant, ive never had the green variety grow that tall, though it may have if my darn Mbuna hadnt eaten it.
