Plantedtanks Online Plant Retailer?

Has anyone bought plants or purchased anything from them before? They have a small selection but at cheaper prices than I've seen elsewhere and wanted to ask advice before I consider making a purchase.

I bought from them a short while back. My order didn't arrive and I emailed them asking where it was. They phoned me back and explained they had a technical glitch and lost all their orders and they were trying to find who had placed orders with them. They sent my order straight away after that. It was for some anubias and they didn't package it very well, the anubias was rolling around inside a cardboard box without padding so some of the leaves were a bit damaged. I emailed to complain and they phoned back again and were very helpful over the phone.

My impression was they're not the most professional retailer but they do have excellent customer service.

That's unfortunate. Even more so because every plant I need they have in stock and I'd rather order everything from one retailer as opposed to several.

I buy from all over the place, often on eBay. Some sellers are better than others but generally good value for money.

I may have been unlucky. I prefer Aquaessentials because I've never had a problem with them but I would also consider using PlantedTanks again because their communication is very good and they seem to care a lot about their customers. The quality of the plants seemed comparable, if a couple of anubias is anything to go by.
