Planted Tank And Fish

i have had small 1 gal. jars in the past but have upgraded to a 10 gal. I want to start a planted tank. What plant grows across the bottom like garss and requers littlle to know c02 and plant wich stand up so my fish can swim in it that again requires little to no c02. Im also wondering about what fish i should get will sharks and loaches go together if so what sharks would be ok for a 10 gallon. Or any other fish that are a good size that will go with a betta. Sorry for all the questions!!

No sharks will go with a Betta in a tank that size. You can try some Water Wisteria, it requires little light, and very litte extra work to grow. Almost any stem plants should be fine for the tank. How many Watts per gallon is the tank? I'm not a big fan of loaches and would personally pick Corydoras instead.

i have 2 watts per gallon 20 watt floursent full spectrum light
