Planted Aquarium Help

Hi All!

I have a 190 litre corner aquarium and would like improve on my plants so need some help from the experts! I currently have straight vallis and amazon swords in my tank with a welsh slate created bridge and piled up bogwood on the side. See pictures below,

I have recently panic purchased some riccia on ebay as wanted to grow a carpet effect (but should have come here first!)

Also having problems I think with my co2 diffuser. I bought a Red Sea Turbo CO2 bio system, though the pump hardly seems to be pumping anything and when i give the bottle a good shake their seems to be lots of bubbles coming out and kinda smoke then it calms down again and nothing?

Any help on fixing my co2 and plant suggestions would be much appreicated.

I think you need some foreground plants like the smaller crypts. What about some dwarf hairgrass, dwarf sag or pogostemon helferi as a carpet?
