Plant That Looks Similar To Corckscrew Val?

Can anyone reccomend a a plant that looks similar to corckscrew val but less twisted looking, and grows rather tall? I was thinking oninon plant but i dont like how the leaves are so wide. Oh by the way the tank with be lightly brackish (sg at 1.003) with a high pH of around 8 and co2. The light levels arent too important as the only other plants afre java moss and java fern which can accpet most light conditions.

Have you thought of Vallisneria americana (gigantea)?

I have 2 types of val in my tank... val. spiralis and val. gigantae. here's a picture of them http/www.fishforums.net/index.php?s=&sho...ndpost&p=938070. The thick stuff is the gigantea, it gets a nice reddy brown colour at the top. The thin stuff on the left is the spiralis.
