the stem plant back left gets out of control really quickly and tangles up in itself and just won't stay bloody planted!
getting sick of it now.
can you suggest a replacement plant? something pretty, low maintenance and not too quick growing!
pH is about 7.2, ammonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrate >5
current inhabitants - 5 microrasbora galaxy
5 boraras brigitte and possibly some c hastatus to join them at some point.
dose daily with flourish excel and weekly with floruish and flourish iron.
got about 2wpg which i know isn't a massive ammount over a nearly 10g tank but the hood can't be modified to get more lighting, got decent plant bulbs in though.
substrate just sand, soon (whenever i get some spare cash) will be replaced probably with a clay based plant substrate
