Plant Shipping

I am looking into ordering plants from a dealer on Ebay. I am just curious as to how long plants will survive in shipment. It is warming up now and hasnt gone below 60 in well over a week so the temperature is not a large concern. I see that some online stores stress overnight or 1-day delivery method but the cost of those is rather steep. Could plants survive 7-10 business days?

I seem to remember Aquaessentials saying that their plants would be fine for 2 or 3 days in the post.

plants without any water can last upto a week b4 theyv rotted too much to plant
